Tsutsuki has purplish hair and blue eyes, her hair is long and goes below her ass in length. She keep the front trimmed so she can keep her eyes from being covered, however her bangs are just as long as the rest of her hair. She looks athletically trim for her build and at 5' 5” even her bust line which abnormally large seems to fit (36E-25-34).

Tsutsuki wears a school girl uniform from the old Fujimi High School. Although most people wouldn't remember it, she used to hang out there to scout out Vaizards from the human population. The uniform is white with green trim and the skirt is green with a plaid look to it. It is a variant of the sailor style school uniforms, the skirt reaches almost to her knees. She also carries two Berreta 93R's, two RC-P90's as well as her Zanpokutou.

Personality: Tsutsuki likes to play around, but mostly she likes teasing people in friendly ways. The primary way is by flirting with them, gender doesn't matter to her at all. She likes the chase most and is often put off if the target is willing to accept her advances at the start. She hides from sight by being in plain sight and loves games of various kinds.

When she isn't playing games or flirting with others she is fairly serious and dedicated to what ever she does. She can almost seem and aloof to those who don't know her. The fact she tells people what ever is on her as she sees it also tends to make others find her either irritating or a bit scary.

Aside from that she tries to be helpful even though those times seem to be becoming rarer. She sometimes lets people learn about her hobbies which include collecting firearms and reading manga and adult magazines. She loves guns of all kinds, especially the hard to find ones. Her prized guns are set up the opposite of normal and keeps those off in a special area for safe keeping.

Un-released State: Like a normal Katana except it's double edged. The sheath is a pale lavender in color and looks like an average sheath, the hilt is wrapped with lavender bindings that criss cross over each other. The guard looks like an odd flower with 9 petals.

Hollow

Hollow Mask: Tstutsuki's Hollow mask looks like a cat style Anbu mask with green stripes to represent whiskers. It has feline shaped eye holes for her to see out of.

Hollow Powers:
Hollow Mask: The Vizard remain in complete control while wearing their masks (unlike Ichigo's early unstable transformations). According to Aizen, the fusion of the two spiritual entities allows these Shinigami to reach power levels far surpassing that of either a Hollow or a Shinigami.

The Vizard use their Hollow powers to augment their existing Shinigami abilities, granting them massive increases in speed, stamina, and strength.

The only known side effect in donning their Hollow masks is the specific time limit, which varies from user to user. Fortunately, there is a remedy to this problem: Training (but to what extent is currently unknown); Most of the Vizard appear to have a limit of three minutes after a century of training, while Ichigo has expanded his limit from 11 seconds to several minutes in a relatively short period of time, so the factors influencing the limits of the masks are still unclear. Every time their masks are used, the Vizard's voices echo as a consequence of both their normal voice and their inner Hollow's voice speaking simultaneously.

* Enhanced Speed: Vizard gain a great boost in their speed while Hollowfied. Kensei is able to throw a rapid amount of punches against a Gillian

* Enhanced Strength: The Vizard have shown great strength while using their masks. Love was able to rip a Gillian class Menos in half with his bare hands after the Vizard first arrived in the Fake Karakura Town

* Cero: Vizard gain access to certain Hollow abilities, such as the Cero blast; However, only Shinji, Hiyori and Mashiro have been seen using it.

* Power Augmentation: With the acquisition of the mask through the subjugation of one's inner Hollow, Vizard gain access to an additional and separate source of power - aside from the Shinigami powers they already possess - Hollow powers. The accumulation of both powers greatly augments their powers beyond what a Shinigami and/or Hollow alone would be capable of.

* Mask Protection: Body damage can seemingly be ignored while wearing their masks, as demonstrated by Ichigo's Hollow during his unwilling transformations.

* Reiryoku Enhancement: Vizard have dual spiritual power of both Shinigami and Hollow, which enhances their abilities. While watching Ichigo fight with Grimmjow, Tia Harribel noted that the volume and nature of Ichigo's spirtual power made it seem like she was watching a fight between two Espada.

* Telekinesis: Vizard apparently hold varying degrees of telekinesis; For example, Ichigo, in his new Hollowfied form, has employed this ability to call forth his Zanpakutō with a mere flick of the wrist.
