The laws of Kumogakure made by the fifth raikage were put into place to protect the village. From any and all enemies they are the creed of the village and to fail in there following is a willful act of evil in its own right.

1 kekigenkai are to be protected during a mission and above all else must not fall into the hands of an enime.

2 if during a mission you are given the chance to obtain a kekigenkai of an ENEMY village you are to take this chance. bring back the person with said abilities alive, so that the kekigenkai may be stripped from there body.

4 Once the rank of chunin has been achieved one will be implanted with a tattoo, this tattoo is an explosive device located on the back of your person, if you are captured then you are to wait for the opportune moment and explode. Failing to do so will brand you a traitor.

5 those who betray the village and join another are to brand yourself as a traitor.

6 one may leave the village on grounds of a personal issue, if this happens a seal is placed on the ninja taking away there ability to focus chakra, removal of this seal is considered treason and will brand you a traitor to kumogakure

7 to reject an order of a higher ninja is to brand yourself a traitor, unless the order contradicts those of the village. You will never be branded a traitor for staying to fight.

8 all traitors are to be hunted down and killed.
