Tsutsiko looks almost like Hinata except for her hair color which is a light burnt orange almost the color if honey. However Tsutsiko is 5' 0" compared to Hinata's 5' 2" height. She also has a slightly bigger bust line and isn't afraid to reveal some of it. She wears a fish net top with a similar jacket to Hinata's but it is light pink in color. She also wear a knee length skirt with shorts under it. She also wear fingerless gloves with the palms exposed Her headband is worn around her neck like Hinata wears hers.

Blood Line Information:

The Byakugan (白眼; Viz "Evil Eye" or "All Seeing White Eye"; Literally meaning "White Eye") is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes (Neji's and Hinata's eyes seem to have tints of blue-gray and lavender, respectively). When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It is assumed that all members of the Hyūga clan possess the Byakugan. It is one of the three great dōjutsu, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.

The Byakugan's abilities have left it highly coveted by the other villages, as evidenced by Kumogakure's attempt to steal it during the Hyūga Affair. Ao of Kirigakure was able to obtain a Byakugan from an opponent he defeated, and goes to great lengths to protect it; at the same time, Danzō Shimura goes to equal lengths to retrieve or destroy it. Unlike transplanted Sharingan, Ao's Byakugan can be activated and deactivated at will.

The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.

The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. In Part I, Neji Hyūga was able to see an area of 50 meters, but later he increases his visual range to at least 800 meters, while Hinata Hyūga's range in Part II stretches at least as far as 10 km. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation used by the Sound Four.

The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the chakra pathway system, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting.

Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan can take the Gentle Fist style one step further. Along the keirakurei are 361 pinprick-sized nodes called tenketsu, or chakra points. When struck, the Byakugan user can choose to either seal, or forcibly open these tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra system. So, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas. Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist is the greatest taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.

Description: The Gentle Fist (柔拳, Jūken) is a style of hand-to-hand combat that aims to inflict internal damage and disrupt a body's Chakra Pathway System so as to ultimately inhibit an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user surgically injects a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The infiltrating chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu.

Targeting the Tenketsu can enhance the havoc and control a Jūken user can impose upon an opponent's chakra network. These special nodes, 361 in total, are key gatekeeping interceptions in the chakra circulatory network, thus forcibly opening or sealing them in whatever manner the Jūken-user sees fit is a powerful tactical option to have. Harming the chakra network in this way can directly damage internal organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist.

Neji Hyūga remarked that any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by Jūken. As noticed by Kidōmaru, it is done by leaking chakra from the chakra openings in one's hands and molding it into a needle-like shape to slice through the chakra. Although, it is unknown if this technique can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who see the tenketsu.

Because the chakra pathway system is invisible to the naked eye, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga Clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

The ability to inflict severe internal trauma with minimal external force, combined with chakra network manipulation, makes the Gentle Fist the most reputable and fearsome taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure.

Description: The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.

Once someone is within range of her field of divination, Hinata assumes her Gentle Fist stance (see picture) and begins to deliver her attack:

* First, two consecutive strikes to make two.
* Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four.
* Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight.
* Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen.
* Fifth, another sixteen consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of thirty two.

Description: The Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms is a maneuver of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is reserved only for the Main branch of the Hyūga clan, though capable Branch members are able to reverse-engineer it. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through sixty-four chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.

Once someone is within range of the user's field of divination, he or she assumes a Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver the attack:

* First, two consecutive strikes to make two.
* Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four.
* Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight.
* Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen.
* Fifth, sixteen consecutive strikes to make thirty two.
* Sixth, another thirty two consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of sixty four strikes.

Each set of strikes is done at an exponentially increasing pace and strength. The attack not only disables the enemy but also knocks them back with every set of strikes. In the anime, a minor version of this technique is called the Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique, and the doubled version of this technique is called the Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms technique.

Description: Created by Hinata, this jutsu allows her to emit a constant stream of chakra from her palms, creating extremely sharp chakra blades. With her natural flexibility, Hinata can reach any point around her, allowing her to hit any target within her field of vision. While using this jutsu, Hinata moves extremely fast (her movements become a blur), allowing her to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. It is so precise that it can cut smaller targets (like bees) in half. Additionally, Hinata can control the size of the chakra beams in her palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. The technique was powerful enough to knock back a Giant Bee summoned by Suzumebachi.

With the addition of Hinata's flexibility, the technique creates an "absolute defense" effect similar to that of the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, though the cutting nature of the chakra prevents any outside force from restricting it. In this way, the technique can be used as both an offensive and defensive maneuver.

Description: This jutsu works like Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms but uses fire nature chakra to infuse a fire based attack into the targets chakra network which makes the target feel as if their chakra network is on fire causing severe pain and fatigue. It also causes minor burns making the target have difficulties fighting back. It takes heavy concentration to use and if the user is distracted it ends even if they are in the middle of a strike.

Description: This jutsu works like Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms but uses Wind nature chakra to create small wounds on their targets body. The chakra network of the target takes less damage than that of the actual jutsu used to make this jutsu, but it also takes more concentration and if that is broken the jutsu stops even if the user is in the middle of a strike.

History and RP Sample
History: Tsutsiko was born to a member of one of the branch families and raised to look up to the main family. She always did everything she could to support the main family, but was always a bit worried about the branch seal. Even though it had been explained to her as a precaution it always seemed like something else to her. As she grew up those worries only grew.

She became friends with Hinata and always enjoyed hanging out with her, although those times were few and far between. She got Hinata to teach her a couple jutsu's and used one of them to make her own which she hasn't revealed to the Hyuuga family yet. She tries to hide her fear of being alone even though she has to share a room with her little sister to hide this fact. She is perfectly fine as long as someone is in the room she is sleeping in. However her other fear is not something she can hide, any time someone puts her in a small dark place she freaks out entirely causing her to scream at the top of her lungs until she passes out from fear or is released by someone.

RP Sample: Hinata sighs "Reno-san we should go somewhere private later to talk. I know you need someone to talk to and that it isn't easy to to talk to others. Naruto-kun had that problem also. But.. but I wasn't brave enough to talk to him back than. Maybe I can make a difference now, do for you what I should have been able to do for Naruto-kun. You need someone you can talk to, someone who can at least understand where you are coming from at least partially. I know I can't and won't completely understand,but I will do my best if you want to try?" Hinata eats the rest of the ramen and gets up. "Lets go somewhere Reno-san. Just us and no one else.I will be your friend and defend you from anyone who is mean to you. Kuroden-san I know your not trying to be mean but he is still new here. He doesn't know you very well and it might be too early for him to get used to you. Give him some space please?
